Working principle

Heat conduction device

2. Heat pipe: The heat pipe is currently the most commonly used method. The middle of the pipe is empty, and the heat-conducting liquid is injected into it. The liquid absorbs heat and evaporates. Then the heat is brought to the fins and then condensed into liquid and falls back to the base, continuously circulating.

3. Water: In fact, it is water cooling. To put it bluntly, water cooling is also a kind of air cooling. The water-cooled pipe is longer and the liquid inside has a stronger heat conductivity. The liquid does not evaporate and flows directly in the pipe and then takes away the heat.


Radiator type

1. Passive heat dissipation: This is a fanless heat dissipation device that relies on the flow of air to take away heat without any noise, but the heat dissipation effect is very poor, so it will only appear on some thin and light notebooks with poor performance. Current mobile phones also use this method to dissipate heat.

2. Down-pressure heat dissipation: The fan blows downwards, which can dissipate the CPU, motherboard, and memory, but the heat dissipation effect is not good, which will disturb the air ducts in the case, so it is suitable for computers with low heat generation, and the down-pressure type The radiator is small in size, so it is generally used in a small case.

3. Tower-type heat dissipation: Tower-type heat dissipation is like a tower, it is very large, unidirectional blowing, fins and fans are large, the heat dissipation performance is the best, but it can only dissipate heat for the CPU, and the heat dissipation of the motherboard and memory must be handed over to the chassis On the fan.
